Villa Balis Crema is a relais born from the restoration of Villa Maffei Medici Balis Crema, an ancient Venetian residence of noble origins, in an oasis of peace and tranquility with a breathtaking view of the Verona countryside.

The main structure - divided into the Noble body, Barchessa and Casa del Custode - is enhanced by a rich historical and artistic heritage made up of frescoes, school paintings and coats of arms of the families who lived in the residence. 

Internal spaces that extend towards the outside, articulating in a concentric garden-vegetable garden, a bio swimming pool equipped with a natural filtering system using stones and roots and a park, an oasis out of time, but closely linked to its territory and its history. The villa is open to hospitality with 22 comfortable rooms.

Osteria Gazega offers seasonal cuisine tied to the territory.

The gazega was the party that was organized in the courtyards and farmyards at the end of a particularly hard and tiring job. And you will find just that: genuine flavors, tied to tradition in a warm and informal environment, made of smiles and authenticity, where the meal ends with a drink in the shade of the horse chestnut trees or on the sofa in front of the fireplace.

In the kitchen the bond with the territory reaches the point of sublimation: the raw materials used come directly from the property's garden, ensuring genuine flavors in sync with the gastronomic specificities of the Valley of the Gods and with the natural rhythm of the seasons.
